Our wedding photography approach is very fresh and always you. Scibelli-Brook is made up of Anthony Scibelli and Fiona Brook. Together we have been shooting weddings for five years in New York City where and Anthony hails from, and now in Melbourne, Fiona’s hometown, where we relocated in 2000. Before weddings, we worked together in the world of magazines and publishing, Anthony as the photographer and Fiona as the stylist and writer. Our work has been published in Elle, Vogue, Oyster, Style, Cleo, Good Weekend, Blue, Inside Out, and HQ among others. We bring this experience with magazines to our wedding photography. Anthony comes from a fine art photography background. His work has been exhibited in Melbourne and New York. Step 1. Choose your photography
Start from the beginning and select how many hours of wedding photography you require. We consider a six hour plan to actually six and a half hours of photography.
Three + hours: $1500.00
Four + hours: $1800.00
Five + hours: $2000.00
Six + hours: $2200.00
Eight + hours: $2500.00
You dont have to get an album straight away or even at all, but if you do want an album, there is a 7.5% discount if you order at the same time as your photography.

<h2> WEDDING ALBUM STYLES</h2>
<p>Because each couple has different ideas about weddings, it follows that they will have different ideas about wedding albums. The variety of albums available to you is enormous! Because of the complexities of album design and planning, its very hard to give an exact price until we determine these variables however below is a price guide. Our aim is to create beautiful albums without a heavy price tag. 11 x 14 magazine album
The magazine album allows the wedding photographer and you to come up with creative layouts like a magazine. At Scibelli-Brook, we maintain that you want a quality layout that will still look good in years to come. We have after all worked for magazines, and believe that well laid out pages can never be replaced by high tech wizardry. 11 x 14 magazine album
The classic album is ever popular because little about it has changed since our parents got married. The traditional style is made up of single or double mats in either black or off white, or with duplex matts. The photographs can be inset in usual and striking ways, or in more formal arrangements. The classic can be updated with a photo on the cover, an engraved image on a metal cover or magazine style layouts in the center page spread. 17 x 14 classic album

At www.photographyforweddings.com.au/yourwedding, your friends and family can see all your wedding photographs and if they like, purchase reprints online. There is a nominal set up fee which is then subtracted from your first print order - $75.00 set up fee
Pre-Wedding Portraits.
These portraits can be shot in a location of your choice or a studio setting. Comes with two 8x10 inch prints of your selection - $300.00
CD Rom.
Hi resolution (300dpi) TIFFS or JPEG copies of your complete proof book. For Mac or PC. Complimentary
Photo Invitations.
Pre wedding photos can be on your wedding invitation. We can design and create the invitations, or liaise with your own stationer - $4.50 each
Parent Album.
Create a miniature version of your wedding album for your parents and family. Or even have one for you to carry. 5 x 4 inches in size, this little beauty is covered in black faux leather - $400.00
Autograph Posters.
Collect autographs of your wedding guests using your pre wedding photographs, or even one of your own photographs. We create a poster with a 9x12 image of you both, providing space for guests to sign - $150.00

Melbourne's wedding photography locations are iconic and varied. From the historic buildings, the Paris End of Collins Street, the unique trams to the newest buildings such as Federation Square. Melbourne is also famous for its European style parks and gardens, classic Australian beaches and wide boulevards
And we have flexible packages, so you can have a CD Rom or paper proofs if you want to create your own album. We will be happy to recommend florists, hair and make-up and arrange rental of clothes or anything else you may need.

PHOTOGRAPHY - FAQ</h2>
<p>Yes. We are a digital wedding photography service
Digital is ideal for weddings and since we went digital two years ago we have not looked back. Digital allows the most flexibility so we are ready for anything, anytime. It also allows us to be more experimental and opens up a whole world of photographic possibilities. Its important to note that digital photography is more than just capture. Post production is vital to make the utmost of the medium. We have the most current and powerful software available so that your images are always going to look their best, and thats better than film. Just come to our studio and see the photography for yourself!
Because we are digital, the negatives are no longer an issue
However, that does not mean you are left empty handed. As part of every package no matter how big or small we provide you with a CD rom of every image from the day at high resolution, thats 300 dpi. The images themselves are 1200 x 1800 pixels or 4 x 6 inches in size. From this CD you can print up to 8x10 inch reprints.
Yes, you can have a blend of colour and black and white shots
We shoot your wedding in colour, and then make the image black and white later. The colour image has more information than a true black and white shot, so we can create more variations in tone and shade. Usually we make some of your proof prints black and white to give you an idea of how it will look, however, even if you decide you would prefer that shot colour for your album or reprint, the original has not been changed.</p>
<p>Yes, we visit a location if we have not worked there before
We treat wedding photography just like a commercial photography assignment, and always scout our locations beforehand. In fact, sometimes its great for us to go together. That ways we can all make suggestions, figure out where we like and what looks good. That way you get to have your say as well, because were sure you have a lot of ideas. Its kind of like a photography rehearsal. Now do you know any other studio that offers this service? We dont!
Our proofs prints are...
4x6 inches with a white border and no stamps or marks on them that say PROOF in big letters. In fact, they are really final prints not proofs at all. It takes three weeks for you to get your photographs.
We shoot for as long as you need us on your wedding day </p>
<p>So, how long would you like us for? We sit down with you and look over your plans for the day, then we come up with a quotation based on the amount wedding photography you need and the number of hours you need us for. That way you are not paying for a bigger wedding when you have a smaller one.
There is no charge for out of town weddings or locations
We travel anywhere. Unless of course we are so far from home we have to stay the night, like maybe Fiji!</p>
<p>Yes, we go to the grooms house Our policy is that its your day and we go wherever you want us to, so yes, if thats what he would like. Not all grooms want that much attention, so often we meet the groom and his groomsmen outside the ceremony location.</p>

<h2>ALBUMS AND REPRINTS</h2>
<p>No, you do not have to order an album
With Scibelli-Brook wedding photography you can walk away with 250-300 prints that include every shot of the day. You can make your own album, give the shots away or call us in a year and arrange to have your album made then.
The album takes four weeks to be completed
Well, that depends on you. Once you select the images you want in your album (and there is no limit by the way) we create a first draft in about three weeks. The ball is then in your court to get back to us with your changes or confirmation. Once the order has been confirmed then it takes about six weeks.
Yes, you have effects such as selective colour, sepia tones or other effects in your album for no additional cost

<p> Changes and redraws
In your album price is built in two sets of changes to your plans as we proceed from the images you would like in the album, to the final design. After those two sets of changes are made, the fee for extra changes is $75.00 per hour.
Ordering your enlargements and reprints is easy
Scibelli-Brook wedding photography has a dedicated image database, www.imageaccess.net.au
Through this website every image of your day can be seen and ordered. The images can be seen online two to three weeks after your wedding day. We will supply you cards with the username and password to access the site. These can be distributed amoungst your friends and family. Alternatively, you can include the details of this service in your invitations.

Deposit and payment plans
We require a 30% deposit within seven days of booking. The balance is generally due one month before the wedding day. We also accept payment plans so you can make monthly payments over a period of time. You will always find us amenable to other alternatives to your deposit or balance payments so dont hesitate to ask. We accept cash, cheques, money orders or direct deposit.</p>
<h2>SECURITY AND ASSURANCES</h2>
<p>Yes, the wedding photographers you meet and whose work you see be the ones who come to shoot your wedding day
At Scibelli-Brook Photography there are no other wedding photographers! Thats why couples choose a boutique studio like us instead of larger studios. We will never send another photographer to photograph your wedding, except for unforeseen circumstances (such as a broken leg!). In such a case you will be notified in advance. Either way, Anthony or Fiona will be shooting your wedding day and will be assisted by another wedding photographer.
Yes, we have a backup camera in case of camera failure
Scibelli-Brook Photography always attends your wedding day with two wedding photographers and two cameras. So there will never be an instance where camera failure will come between you and your wedding photographs. The only thing we cant back up is the weather! However,you can be sure we are reday for all conditions and it's our job to make sure your photographslook fantastic, rain, hail or shine!</p>
